Quick rundown of everything we've built for you, plus a couple of small things we need back from you to keep it moving.
What's done
Your website is built and live (at siemo.pages.dev for now; it moves to your own domain once you pick one, see below).
We replaced the plain contact form with a smarter "tell us about your event" inquiry. It walks a customer through their event and shows them photos that match what they describe, then sends you their favorites plus a short read on the style they're drawn to. Less back-and-forth for you before you even talk.
We tuned the site so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can actually find and understand you, and so your gallery photos can show up in image search.
Your plan, all in one place
We put together a simple roadmap that takes Sie & Mo from "nice site" to "gets found and booked." It's organized by the six things every customer goes through, and each step is marked as either something we handle or a quick decision on your end. You can check things off as we go.
Three good ones are open right now, about $12 a year. Just reply with the one you want and I'll register it.
Our pick
ICTFlowers.com
local + clear
ICTFlorist.com
classic
FlowersAndFun.com
playful
Step by step
Look at the three names above and pick the one that feels most like you. ICTFlowers.com is our pick: "ICT" is how locals say Wichita and "flowers" tells Google exactly what you do.
Reply with your choice, a text or email is fine.
That's it on your end. We register the name and point your website to it.
2
Set up your Google Business Profile
It's free, and it's the single most important account for showing up on Google Maps and collecting reviews.
Step by step
Go to business.google.com and sign in with your Sie & Mo Google account (or make a free one).
Type in Sie & Mo Bouquet Co. If it doesn't come up, choose "Add your business to Google."
For category, pick Florist. Since you deliver instead of having a walk-in shop, choose "I deliver goods and services to my customers" and set your service area (Wichita and the nearby towns you cover).
Add your phone number, website, and hours.
Verify your business. Google makes sure it's really you, usually by text, a phone call, or a postcard in the mail. Just follow the prompt.
Once you're verified, add 8 to 10 of your best photos and a short description.
Google will give you a "get more reviews" link. Copy it and send it to us, and we'll plug it into your review kit.
Stuck on any step? Text us and we'll do it together on a quick call.
3
Start gathering a few reviews
We made you a little kit with ready-to-send messages. Just copy, paste, and send.
Step by step
Finish your Google Business Profile above first, since reviews live there.
Make a short list of recent happy customers: weddings, pop-ups, or bouquet orders.
Open the reviews kit and copy the message that fits (text, DM, or email).
Paste your Google review link where it says [GOOGLE REVIEW LINK], add their name, and send within a day or two of their event while it's fresh.
When someone says something kind and is okay sharing it, send us their name, the occasion, and their words. We'll add it to your site.
